A Bit About Us at Rural Courier

 

Introducing Richard & Suzanne Sutherland, your owners of Rural Courier.  We are a husband & wife team having moved from California in 2021.  Richard is a Kiwi but has lived in the States for years and has come from the building industry.  Suzanne, a retired teacher & their 16-year-old son Ben are an adventurous family enjoying all that New Zealand has to offer.

While there is a new official name, Sutherland Partnership they will continue trading as Rural Courier.  Staff and all contact details for your daily courier service will remain the same as below:

Richard will  job share the Nelson to Murchison van with Lisa Hill, and Suzanne is one of two voices at the end of the phone job sharing with Kate Clearwater. Kris McDougall will continue to serve the Murchison community and Tim Eddington will primarily serve the Tapawera run.
